TeleClasses are conference calls  in which you get to be an active participant. My TeleClasses are actual live Calm Parenting Groups at the Institute for Behavioral Health offices in Commack, NY. You will be given access to a special telephone line so you can join Dr. Ken Kaufman as well as other "in my office persons" or "on the phone participants" in actual live Calm Parenting Groups. The TeleClass begins promptly at the listed start time. If possible, use a single line phone with a mute button. Don't use a speaker phone, cell phone, or call from a noisy environment.  All TeleClasses may be recorded by Dr. Kaufman, so be careful about using your exact name or giving out other identifying information which you want to remain confidential.   In each session, there is instruction and discussion about how to implement the Calm Parenting Ingredients with your child. You get to fully participate from your phone, presenting your results and asking any questions you have.
